Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

Thank you for your order with LASHFOOD. Order processing time is 1-3 business days, and normal delivery and transit time is 2-10 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders are shipped from Southern California. Air shipments or express shipments will be sent the next business days. There are no changes available to the delivery address after the order has been processed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We will notify you of any out of stock items or delayed processing for your order, along with an estimated time of arrival for items that are shipped separately

JB Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, and is not obligated to re-send the goods. Shipment errors can be filed as a claim with the carrier. If a lost package claim is accepted by the carrier they may offer reimbursements. Additional carrier insurance is not available.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

Normal transit for international orders is 1-2 weeks in addition to customs processing. All customs information, laws & regulations for importing goods is the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs for the most current information. Any brokerage fees, customs tax & duties are billed by customs only, and are required to be paid by the receiver. Any returned shipments due to failure of paying duties or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment from customs is the responsibility of the receiver. Unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of  LASHFOOD / JB Cosmetics, and the receiver may be billed for fees of package returns to the USA, and also re-shipment requests.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and applies only to the following products:

  • Eyelash Enhancing Serum (3 Month Supply / 2.5 Month Supply)
  • Eyebrow Enhancing Serum (3 Month Supply)

Shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. To begin your return, please click here.

Please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to submit a return request:

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@jbcosmetics.com and send the item to: 12080 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503.
